From inquiry to your event day
Submit your custom order inquiry
Use the order form to tell us about your occasion: your event date, the type of dessert you want, any design inspiration, dietary needs, and the quantity you have in mind. You don't need to have everything figured out — we are happy to help you get there.
We recommend reaching out at least 2 weeks before your event for most orders. Larger or more complex designs — like tiered wedding cakes — benefit from 4 to 6 weeks of lead time, so we can plan the design together without rushing.
We confirm your order details
Within a couple of business days, we will follow up by email with any questions and to confirm the specifics: flavors, design direction, size, and timing. For larger or more complex orders, we may share a design sketch or mood board so you can see where we are heading.
Nothing is locked in until we both feel good about the plan. We want you to feel confident before we ever start baking.
We bake everything fresh for your event
Every order is baked from scratch on a schedule timed to your event day. We don't pre-bake and freeze — freshness is the foundation of everything we make. When it's ready, your dessert will be packaged carefully and ready for pickup or delivery.
You will hear from us as your event approaches to confirm the final details. By the time your order is in your hands, it has been built, tested, and finished with care.
Lead Times
Cookie sets and dessert boxes typically need 2 weeks notice. Cupcake orders need 2 weeks. Custom cakes need 4 to 6 weeks, especially for tiered or sculpted designs. If your event is coming up quickly, reach out anyway — we will always let you know honestly what is possible.

We want every customer to feel included. Please mention any dietary needs in your inquiry and we will tell you what we can accommodate. We take allergies seriously and will be honest about what we can and cannot safely produce for your situation.
Can I provide my own inspiration photos?
Absolutely — and we love it when customers do. Drop any images into your inquiry or share them when we follow up. We use inspiration as a guide, and the final design will be our interpretation: made by hand, which means it will have its own character.
What if I am not sure exactly what I want?
That is what the inquiry is for. You don't need to have every detail planned out — tell us your occasion, your general idea, and your event date, and we will help you figure out the rest through the conversation.
Do you offer delivery?
Please mention delivery when you inquire and we will let you know what is available for your date and location. Pickup is always an option.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment details are confirmed when we finalize your order. We will walk you through everything during the confirmation step — no payment is required through the inquiry form.
