Fill out the form with as much detail as you like. You don't need to have every decision made — we will talk through the design, flavors, and sizing together.
We read every inquiry personally and reply within a couple of business days. The earlier you reach out before your event, the more options we have to create something truly special for you.
For most orders, we ask for at least 2 weeks of lead time. For custom cakes — especially tiered or sculpted designs — 4 to 6 weeks works best.
What happens next
After you submit, we will follow up by email to confirm your order details, walk through the design, and answer any questions before anything is locked in.
